IN DOWNLOADING THE WINDOWS 2000 SERVICE PACK 4 THE WIZARD SAYS, "BEFORE YOU INSTALL THIS UPDATE WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU UPDATE YOUR SYSTEM REPAIR DISK, BACK UP YOUR SYSTEM..." I DON'T KNOW HOW TO UPDATE MY SYSTEM REPAIR DISK - I DON'T KNOW WHERE IT IS ON MY COMPUTER. I ALSO DON'T KNOW HOW TO BACK UP MY SYSTEM. HELP!!!!!! THANKS.
 
You can use ntbackup.exe to accomplish both of these things.

Use the backup/restore wizards to make a backup of the machine.
