Service Pack Problems

I purchased an upgrade for my MS Access. While trying to
install i got a "Prior Service Pack installation
incomplete, office will not operate properly without it".
I logged on to determine my requirements for SP's and was
indicated that SP1 Express was need by my computer. As
with the first time I tried to install this SP, my
computer bombed. Would not restart. I finally got a
system restore going and still get the same message when
trying to install my Access upgrade.
Why can't i install upgrades provided?

It think it talking about an Office (access) service pak. Visit
www.officeupdate.com to get all the lastest office service paks.
