Service Pack 5 coming out?

Does anybody knows when SP5 is being released, if it is?
And what about the new IE 6.05, will it be available for win2k?

When and If it arrives, will it contain the major OS changes the have been added to WinXP SP2? ie, Windows Firewall to name one
