Yes, Windows Service Packs are cumulative (they contain all
contents of previous Service Packs).
 
What would happen if I didn't archive when I install the service pack 4?

You won't be able to roll back to SP3.

I have a machine with dual boot 98(partition C) and 2000
professional(partition D), how do I uninstall the win2000 professional ?
Just delete the files in partition D ?
