Service Pack 4 Trouble

I just applied SP4 and now my Win2000 server will not
boot. The error says that it cannot find the system file
in system32\config. But, using the monitor it is there.

I am using a hardward raid setup.

What can I do??
 
It probably can't find it because it doesn't have permission to. Make sure
you have permissions full control everyone where that file resides.
