service pack 4 problem

I tried to update to the service pack 4, after install stalled many times
then freezing up, I rebooted and tried again, it says there is an install in
progress or something, I cannot finish it. How can this be fixed?

I'm having the same problem. The download finished, but it
just hangs before installing it. Have you heard anything
yet?
