Service pack 4 Problem

We have recently upgraded our Servers to Service Pack 4,
when you go to view the Networking properties, the
Networking applet crashes, any ideas apart from
uninstalling SP4?

Remove or disable any network cards and install a different make / model.
Problem gone? If YES then hack any reference to the disabled card out of
the registry.

This happened to me once with a satellite card in my Windows 2000 server.
Turned out to be a binding problem but it was much easier to remove the card
and remove it from the registry in retrospect.
