Service Pack 4 error

A

Alan

When I try installing service pack 4, it gets to the point
where it is "processing" the installation and then I get
an error message saying the "an error has been encountered"

Any ideas?

Here's the thread I was looking for ... :)

Gary,

It appears you may have a problem with your Pinnacle software ...

1. Restart the computer into safe mode.

2. Search for and locate the following file in %WINDIR%\System32\Drivers:

Pin1394.sys > rename this file e.g. pin1394.old

3. Restart the computer and you will be able to get into Windows, and then
obtain an updated driver from Pinnacle Systems manufacturer.

Upgrades from Windows 2000 SP1 and SP2
If you upgrade a Message Queuing server cluster to SP3, a separate utility
named Msmqprop.exe automatically runs during the upgrade. This utility
automatically scans the cluster and sets the RequireKerberos property to 1
on any Network Name resource that the Message Queuing resource is dependent
on. For Msmqprop.exe to run, the Cluster service that is installed on
