Service Pack 4 disappeared from Add/Remove Programs List.

I installed Service Pack 4 from the CD and though it was
on the Add/Remove Programs list it has now disappeared
from same.
 
When you installed SP4, did you choose to archive? If you right click on My
computer, Properties, do you see that is has SP4 applied?

Yes - I did Archive - and Yes Service Pack 4 shows as
installed . It WAS on the Add/Remove programs List but is
no longer on it. I'm still puzzled
