Service Pack 3 requires cd, how's Outlook effected?

I suddently started getting errors when trying to sort my e-mails by "From".
Installing Service Pack 3 requires the cd. In using this, will I loose all
of my Outlook messages, files, etc.?

Although it may appear to do so if they create a new mail profile during the
