Service Pack 3 question re: Outlook

I have installed Office XP SP3 in a WIN2K image where no
previous Outlook profile had been created before
deployment. When setting up a new Outlook profile for a
user after a machine has been re-imaged, the user name and
domain fields are not staying populated with the last
logon information after the user exits from Outlook. This
did not occur pre-SP3. Any ideas anyone?

Figured it out, its relates to the local security policy
you have to turn off do not save last login info in the
security policy some how now they tied Outlook to the
local windows security policy.
