Service Pack 3 error message "File is Corrupt"

I have downloaded the humungus SP3 Professional Install
version of SP3 three different times to three different
folders. Each time I try to invoke SP3, no matter from
which folder, I get the error message "File is Corrupt."

I had previously downloaded and installed SP3 Express
Install. Since then I've had a crash and had to reinstall
W2K, (SP3 Express Install fails also)so that may have
something to do with getting this error that prevents SP3
from installing now.

Will appreciate any advice or workarounds.
