Service Pack 2

I have recently downloaded Service pack 2 to my PC. I
cannot open any programmes now. What can I do to resolve
this
 
More details, such as what programs, method that fails?
Also system details, installed software that might be in
conflict. Did you do a full virus scan prior to the upgrade
and remove any spyware?
