Service Pack 2 Installation Problem

When attempting to install service pack 2 the process stops everytime it
attempts to install the sysmon.ocx. The message says "cannot copy
sysmon.ocx". I followed the preparation steps outline by Microsoft including
running the Lavasoft Ad Aware program. Any ideas?
