Service Pack 2 Help:

I am not even sure if I have SP1 on my computer or not, I assume I do but am
not sure How can I find out?

Anyway I know my computer does NOT have SP2 installed; but when ever I go to
the Windows update the only thing that is there is 'Background Intelligent
Transfer Service' which never seems to install.

Please help!

Hold down the Windows key and press Pause/Break. It will tell you
there.

Well, to find out if you have service pack 1 installed the quickest way i
can think of is to press the 'Windows' key and the 'Break' Key this will
bring up the system properties box and should say there.
When you say the 'Background Intelligent Transfer Service' never installs
does it specifically tell you it has failed, or does it not download?!? This
update is to my knowledge associated with the download of future updates.
