Service Pack 2...Access Denied

After attempting to download and instal XP sp2, I get a 'Access Denied'
window about halfway thru the process. The update is for XP Home Edition and
only for my computer. Does anyone know what the fix/ correction might be?

Contacted mssupport concerning problem. A zip file along with easy step by
step
instructions were e-mailed to me. SP2 is now installed!
