Is there a way to download SP 1 on one computer, burn it and install on a
computer that has no internet access at the moment. I need some files from
the SP1.

If you have no internet connet right now then, No. What you are trying to do
is not possible. Once you get that internet connection then it can be done
easily.

I believe that SP1a is the same as SP1, except 1a does not include the MS
Java Virtual Machine (as part of a settlement of the Sun suit).
