Frequently, when I am opening an email with a picture, I
get a windows installer message asking me to put in the
Microsoft 2000 Premium CD in to install something that is
missing. I do that and then get the message: Please
insert the Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 1 CD. I
do not have (I don't think). Anybody have any thoughts as
to what I need to do? Thanks, David

You should have got that CD with your PC. If not; ask for one where you
bought the computer.

Good Luck!
