Service Pack 1 installation did not complete

Hi, I have a W2K3 member server that I cannot upgrade to Sp1. I get the message
Service pack 1 installation did not complete + Windows server 2003 has been
partially updated and may not work.
I also get the message An error in updating your system has
occured, select ok to undo the changes that have been made. This server was
an upgrade of Nt4.0 Sp6a to W2K3 and it has 1400Mb of available disk space.
All of my other non Nt4 (W2K3) servers were upgraded ok to Sp1.

What could be wrong? I didnt find any info on that event id 4374

Any help is appreciated!

Make sure you're using an account with local administrative rights. Also
check the %systemroot%\svcpack.log file for more info.
