Service Pack 1 Install

Ive downloaded service pack 1 from the website. The file extraction and setup runs fine but comes up with the error "setup could not verify the integrity of the file upate.inf Make sure the cryptographic service is running on this computer" how do i find this and continue with the install?

ive tried those links and scripts but still no joy. Everything seems to be working and installed properly. My computer still wont validate the file update.inf and wont let the setup wizrd continue. Any ideas??
