Service Pack 1 Install Wizard

I got the MS Service Pack 1 XPSP1A and commenced to put
it on my computer. I extracted the files and then it does
nothing whereas the Installation Wizard should come up to
guide me through the rest. I can try to open it manually
by opening it from the extracted files, but my problem is
that it disappears after 2 seconds. Can anyone help me?

I have Norton Antivirus 2002 but I don't think it's
actively working. How would I go about disabling it?

Hi,

Ctrl+shift+escape, kill everything Norton related on the processes tab.
