Service failed to start

why me?

On initial login on XP it takes a long time to start.
When I checked the event viewer the following error was
noted. "The ADI COMMAGNT service failed to start due to
the following error: The system cannot find the file
specified. " Does anyone know what file it is referring
to? and/or how to fix the problem?
