named Service Enhancement Package. How can I stop this folder from opening on
start up? Alxo what is this package for? Thanks

As a general and universal rule you can use System Restore to fix such
strange problems. In this particular case this link may help:

Most of the 34 Google references to "Service Enhancement Package" have to do
with the Airbus A320.

Just wondering, do you have an airplane?

Locate and run anti-spyware tools. This seems to be some type of
'adware' attempting to "trick" you into "clicking" on it. Once you
click on it, it will infest you.

If the procedures look too complex - and there is no shame in admitting this
isn't your cup of tea - take the machine to a local, reputable and
