Servers

The servers for this area seem to be down for the time. Have been having
problems all day.

Greetings Joel,

Messenger's servers are actually centralized, as such, there isn't one for one particular
"area", they're all in the same place. I haven' t heard of any problems with any of the
servers today (doesn't mean one of them is offline or having problems mind you).

Could be my ISP is having problems between them and Seattle, which I
understand is where the servers are located.

My ISP seems to be having some intermitten problems this afternoon and
evening.

Yes, that could be it as well -- best bet is probably just to try later. If critical, you
could use something like Everywhere-MSN to sign in:
