When you say that you're trying to "set up email service myself" I take
that to mean that you're trying to configure your email client (Windows
Mail? Outlook?) for your ISP's POP mail servers. If this is correct, go
to your ISP's website and look for "mail server settings". They will be
something like mail.isp.com or pop.isp.com for the incoming (POP3) mail
and smtp.isp.com for the outgoing (SMTP) servers. Naturally the names
vary depending on how the ISP set up its mail servers.
You will also need to know your username and password. Usually the
username is your email address. The ISP's website will also normally
have guides for setting up Outlook and Outlook Express with their mail
servers. I doubt they'll have Windows Mail-specific settings up yet, but
just use the Outlook Express guide for that.
