Servers not showing up in Explorer

We have a few remote servers connected to a LAN which do
not show up on the list of networed computers when you
view the list in Windows Explorer. We can connect to the
servers by typing in the machine name manualy but we
cannot see the servers in the list in the explorer bar.
Does anybody know what causes this and/or how we can fix
it?
