The information for the server setup is available from your e-mail
provider's help / setup web page.
 
You will need your ISP to support the pop3 and smtp. If your ISP does not support post office protocol then you are out of luck. If that is what you want to use then make sure that the ISP that you select supports this protocol
 
That depends on whether you want to send from your live.com account
or your qwest.net account.
 
Hi my Windows Mail doesn't let me send message because he show this
