You can set up connections to more than one email server, but the
incoming mail for all of them goes into the same Inbox. If you want
to connect to a Comcast account, see here:

The instructions were written for Outlook Express, but should
also work under Windows Mail if you avoid the One Click Fix
and the instructions don't call for the HTTP protocol.

You only need a new email address if you have some other
reason for using one.
