server timed out error when importing files

I am using Frontpage 2003 on a Win2K system (with all
service packs). I am getting an error message when I try
to import files. The message says
The server "" timed out. The current request did not
complete successfully.
Any help is appreciated

If the files are larger than 1MB, you may need to add
them via Windows Explorer and then recalculate hyperlinks.
