Server Side Error in Form Processing

I have a small community site that contains a few simple forms:

http://home.comcast.net/~crosswickscreek/calendar_submit.htm

The forms are giving errors on this server. When I publish the forms on
an EarthLink server at

http://www.photohaven.com/crosswicks/private_comment_form.htm
http://www.photohaven.com/crosswicks/calendar_submit.htm

the forms operate properly (data is saved in "_private" and an e-mail is
generated. Obviously there is something amiss on the Comcast server, but
getting information out of Comcast is not simple. I cannot gain access to
the server admin tools, and there are apparently quite a few other
restrictions.

Anyone with a similar experience, and is there hope?.

TBMK Comcast does not support the FP Server Extensions (required for FP forms)

TBMK Comcast does not support the FP Server Extensions (required
for FP forms)

I am not familiar with the term "TBMK Comcast." It happens that the Comcast
"PWP" _do_ support FP extensions, but with limitations (as I discovered
after hitting "Send" a bit prematurely). My excuse? The problem with
Comcast "Help" is that it is difficult to assemble related information on a
specific topic in an orderly manner. Anyway ...

I had been trying the Admin pages and the "Save to E-Mail" so that's where
the problem was. I removed the e-mail notification from both forms and
re-published. So far the "calendar_submit" form is working on the Comcast
server. I haven't gotten the bugs out of the other form, but it too will
probably soon submit.
