Server rules

Can i set rules in any workstation having office xp as a server rule? if so how do i do it technically? If i set the rules as server rules does it solve the problem of displaying any more rules in error message? Lastly the server rules that i set does it run for all workstation in the company or only on the workstation that i set the rules on?

Server rules are, by definition, stored on the server. It shouldn't matter
which workstation you set them from. That said, it is a bad idea to try to
manage rules on a mailbox from multiple workstations running different
versions of Outlook.
