Outlook 2007 storing rules

Amy

I am using Outlook 2007 w Exchange Server. In Outlook 2007, I selected that
it move all messages from the server to a .pst file located on my workstation.

How do I create rules that are stored on this workstation that move files
from the main folder (Inbox) from the .pst stored on the workstation to other
sub-folders? I want to do this because I keep getting a message saying that
my rules cannot be turned on because there is not enough room on the server.

Thank you for your help,
Amy

To the best of my knowledge, as long as there is an Exchange account in the
mail profile, rules will be kept in the Exchange mailbox..

Hello,

I have the same problem using Outlook2003 with Exchange2003 server: Not
enough room on server to turn on all the rules.
Is there any way to raise the size of rule storage area on an Exchange2003
server? I couldn't find it.

Thank you for your help

Bertrand
