server restart with terminal services connections

I have W2000 Server, when I try connect via terminal services, my server
restarts... does enybody knows why is that?
 
Look in Event Viewer for any related events. Also try booting into safe mode
with networking to see if it happens. If it does not, you have a conflict
with a startup service/application/driver. See if it happens from all client
computers or just one. --- Steve
