Server rejected recipients

When I try to forward an e mail document to several
addresses, I receive a message stating: Message could not
be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the
server. The rejected e mail address was, "New Outlook
Express User."

All of the addresses were listed correctly in my address
book. Does anyone have a suggestion to help me fix this
problem?

What version of Outlook? If it's actually Outlook Express, ask in an
Outlook Express newsgroup.
