Server Operator Group Equivelant in AD

What is the equivelant of the NT40 "Server Operator" group in Windows
2000/2003 Active Directory? I want to give someone the right to logon to all
servers as well as view all shares and permissions of all servers without
making them a Domain Admin. Do I have to use a GPO? Does the "Server
Operator" group even apply to Windows 2000/2003 servers in an AD environment?

Thanks

Hello,
The server role applies to Windows2000 and Windows Server 2003 as well. For
best customized and for a more secure way of delegation don't use groups, Do
what you suggest about GPOs:) Use them.
