Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'

Dear friends,

I triel to surf at this webpage

http://www.scoutbb.com/Content/Player/PlayerSearch.asp

but I got this error message:

Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'

Server.CreateObject Failed

D:\WEBSITES\SCOUTBB\SITE\CONTENT\PLAYER\../../include/Inc_C
onnection.asp, line 3

This error message occur in more cases of surfing at asp
pages.
