error ASP 0177

I have my company phone directory in a database, with a search page in the
intranet, using FP2002. It has been working, but today shows the error
message below:
Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'
Server.CreateObject Failed
/phonedir/_fpclass/fpdbrgn1.inc, line 36
800401f3
How do I fix this???
