"server not operating" o "server non operativo"

I have 2 servers with windows 2000 server with a trust
relationship: server number one is only a domain
controller as the second is a file server. The problem is
that sometimes, if i try to share a directory of server
two using the server one users, i have this error: "server
not operating" o "server non operativo" since the
languagge of my operative system is italian. The strange
thing is that i have this error not always but sometimes.

If you examine your eventlog, do yo usee any unusual errors ?
