Server issues

Can anyone help with the problem listed below.

"Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Account: 'pop.att.yahoo.com', Server: 'pop.att.yahoo.com',
Protocol: POP3, Port: 995, Secure(SSL): Yes, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F"
 
Although OneCare is not often implicated as the source of Windows
Mail problems, I ditched OneCare some 18 months ago because of
similar problems.

I recommend staying with OneCare but upgrading your email to Windows
Live Mail: http://get.live.com/wlmail/overview
