A message pops up saying that my servers are incorrect and its says the
following "The host 'SMTP' could not be found. Please verify that you have
entered the server name correctly.
Subject 'UN information', Account: 'POP3', Server: 'SMTP', Protocol: SMTP,
Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D" and
it also says this "The host 'POP3' could not be found. Please verify that you
have entered the server name correctly.
Account: 'POP3', Server: 'POP3', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL):
No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

I was wondering how do i get this fixed and can i do this on my own.

"POP" and "SMTP" are not the correct server names..
You need to enter the correct names. You have to get them from whoever
provides your email account.

how do i find out who is my e-mail provider and how do i fix it in my
mocrosoft mail. can you show me an example of how to fix it or what kind or
type of provider to type in or correct names??

Have you ever had an email address before? If so, what does it say
after the @ symbol?

How do you get on the Internet? Do you have a connection to the
Internet that you pay for? If so, what is that company's name?

SMTP and POP3 and not valid server names. Check with your internet provider
what the proper names are, and anything else you need to set up an email
account with them.
