Server Error

Help! When I try to open my website to work on it I get this error "Server
Error: Web <Root Web> is busy. Please try again." I can find nothing that
will help me fix the problem. I have talked to the Host Server and also my
ISP, but they both say the problems is not theirs, rather it is Front Page.

Contact your web host and ask them to run a server health check on your account.
