Yes I contacted them and have either chatted or talked on phone with them for
a total of 60 hours in the past 3 weeks. It amazes me that nobody can figure
this out. It is like going to the doctor..if you don't tell him whats wrong
he probably won't be able to tell you whats wrong. With these computers..what
you tell somebody might just be a surface problem error. There could be a
million things they don't see, and you might not be telling them everything.
Anyway somebody with some knowledge of computers needs to go step by step and
check off everything I should be doing to get my website published if I'm
going to get it published. By the way my site is published but I didn't do
it. It came from my files though. The problem is I can't make changes when I
go through the traditional way to publish Frontpage, by going to file then
publish etc. Thanks

Might have to resort to an Ftp client?

When I get Server Root Busy errors on my own servers (Windows 2003), I have
to stop and restart the virtual server for that web site - this takes about
3 minutes including setting up remote connection to the server, logging on,
loading IIS MMC, clicking the options and closing the remote connection.
I have never had the problem on commercial servers, so can't comment on
their methods.
Stop and restart has always cured the problem. I have no idea as to the
cause, other than it's related to the FrontPage extensions.

Have you or your host tried following method 1 in that page? As I said, it
always worked for me when I get that problem.
