server error

The error message reads: Server error: Web C:/Documents and
Settings/Owner/My Documents/My Web sites/ Mysite4 is busy. Please try
again. Frontpage will not open the site. We have another smaller site and it
will open that one and work good, but slow. Can you help?
 
C:/Documents and Settings/Owner/My Documents/My Web sites/ Mysite4
is a disc based web
Open FP, File Open Web and browse to the folder Mysite4
