server error

I just upgraded from ME to XP using the XP Upgrade.
Everything seems to be working O.K. except when I try to
publish my web I get an error message: Server error,
cannot create folder "name of folder" Could I possibly
be 'over the limit' on my page size or did something
change from the upgrade installation?

Please help me! I need to get this page published!
 
Which version of XP (Win XP Home does not support PWS or the FP SE)
What type of web (disc based or server based)
What are you entering, when
