Server Error when publishing

I get the following message when trying to publish a site
using Frontpage 98:

Server error: An error occurred accessing your Frontpage
web files.
Authors - if authoring against a web server, please
contact the webmaster
for this server's site. Webmasters, please see the system
log for details.

Can anyone assist please?

That happens to me sometimes aswell, the problem with me is when I put in my website address, it must have a forward slash at the end of it ( / ) I don't know why, but it's worth a try!
