server error:cannot create file

I'm using FP 98 and continually receive the
message "server error: cannot create file" on one
particular web. I support over 100 sites, and no others
are experiencing this problem. Permissions are correct
and I've tried backward-publishing from production, but to
no avail. Any ideas on this? Thanks!

Hi Spencer,

Ensure that the webroot folder of this is not nested within another FPSE
site. If possible move it outsite wwwroot under a new folder under a new
site and test it.
