Server Duplex Setting

Server is set to 100/Full, but the Speed display shown on the Local Area Connection Status window shows 10.0 Mbps. Where can the problem be ?
 
It doesn't matter what your server is set to if the hardware you are using
doesn't support it. Check your hub, switch, or other connection.

This is not a Duplex question, really :)

Set server NIC to Auto mode, thus you check a real speed available in your
environment. If the speed proves to be lower than your expectations, check
the wiring, drivers, and NIC itself. Fix it and lock the LinkSpeed and
Duplex.
