server does not show in toolbar

I am using OfficeXP - Frontpage 2002 - the 'server' option under tools is
shadowed. The only reason I am asking about this is because I was listening
to a webcast and it talked about setting permissions under this option. Why
isn't it available to me?

It's only available when you open the remote web via FrontPage, and only
*if* the host allows it. Many don't.
