server crash

My Small Business Server recently crashed, Is it possible to get back the
same users and domain. I have all thedata and mails backed up ...non of the
users have home folders so their profiles are stored on their individual
machines.

If you have/did a Backup of the "System State" then YES. This is where/when
your AD (user) info is saved.
Do a rebuild of the Server software then do a restore of the System State.
If no System State backup then you must start Fresh, sorry.
