server connection /TCP problems

Can anyone tell me why my HP running XP suddenly can no
longer make a connection to my ISP through my ADSL modem?
The techs at Telus think that its a problem with the
TCP/IP stack.... Any ideas out there?

Not until you tell us what happens when you try? Are their error messages,
if yes, what are they?
